Michael J. Garcia (Case Manager)
As a case manager, Michael utilizes his exceptional interpersonal skills and property insurance knowledge to assist the firm’s clients with their insurance needs. Without the right guidance, this process can be overwhelming and scary, so Michael ensures that every client feels taken care of and reassured. Michael has 13 years of experience working for law firms in the area of property insurance. His passion for case management stems from his aspiration to help those who need it most. Since 2011, Michael has worked diligently behind the scenes in our firm. It is his leadership skills, creative problem solving, and caring spirit that make him a valued player on our team. Outside of work, Michael enjoys all things outdoorsy, including boating, fishing, and hunting.
Xionary Guerrero (Office Manager)
Xionary has been our dedicated office manager since 2016. She has nearly a decade of experience working in legal settings and is known for her exceptional work performance and bright personality with clientele. Xionary has a beautiful little boy who inspires her every day to do good in the world. It is this desire that led her into the legal field. Xionary takes tremendous pride in being a part of our team that works tirelessly to ensure that every client is taken care of. She is of immense value to our firm as she provides great personal service while also being able to manage the business side of the firm. In her spare time, she enjoys family karaoke nights, concerts, and collecting vinyl records.
Alexandra J. Sotomayor (Legal Assistant)
Alexandra is a bilingual Keiser University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice & legal studies. She has been with the firm for over 10 years. She assists our attorneys in the preparation and organization of client files and documents. She is also responsible for court filings of litigation cases. Her client interaction is second to none, specifically explaining answers to any questions clients may have during the litigation process. Her attention to detail and incredible work ethic allows her to multitask to achieve many goals. She is a great asset to the firm. Outside of the office, Alexandra enjoys spending family time outdoors, especially at the beach with her 2 daughters, as well as traveling.
